Sopha is 29 years old. She is married and lives with one child in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been running hair salon for more than seven years, earning approximately $10 per day. Her husband is a soldier who earns about $4 daily. In order to improve her family’s livelihood, Sopha is requesting a loan of $1000 to purchase lotions and powder to resell. This purchase will help her generate more income for the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and send her child to a good school. Moreover, she plans to build a new house as soon as possible.
