A loan of $600 helped to purchase computer keyboards, mice, Internet cables, and other accessories.

Anita's story

Anita, who is 44 years old, is a driven, cheerful and very dynamic woman. She is married and lives in the home she owns with her husband, her parents, and her two children, who are going to college in order to build a better future for themselves.

Anita works renting out Internet booths. She has six computers that have been properly installed and her business is very busy because she is the only one offering this type of services in the area. The business is located in a space she set up at home and has been open for six years. During this time she has managed to become very well-known. She has a part time helper who assists her, whom she pays a salary. He works in the afternoons because her daughter helps her in the mornings.

She considers her business to be profitable. It helps her supplement her household income and pay for her children's higher education, which fills her with pride. Now she wants to expand her business and grow. This is the fourth loan she requests from the MFP institution, and she will use it to purchase computer keyboards, mice, Internet cables, and other computer accessories. She tells us her current ones are damaged due to constant use.
