Mrisho, who is in his late 30s, is married with two boys who go to school. For seven years now Mrisho has been running a number of different activities such as selling fish and genge (fruits and vegetables), running a restaurant as well as a general store business. He works from 7am to 10pm daily and he is able to make a very good monthly profit.

This will be his 13th loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. He used the previous loans to finish building his own house, bought two farms, a sofa set, a TV, solar, bought more traditional hens for producing eggs to resell as well as increased his business inventory. He has paid back all his loans successfully. He requesting for a new loan which he wants to use to open a cosmetics business. His dream is to one day be able to expand all his businesses and to be a big businessman.

He will share this loan with his loan group "Jitahidi Msakuzi" which has a total of 13 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
