A loan of $6,475 helped a member to finish paying for the business her mother transferred to her and to invest in the preparation of more food.

Bailarinas Del Fraile Group's story

Bailarinas del Fraile is a good group. They are called this because a former member had a therapeutic dance group.

Sra. Silvia is a hardworking woman, who is 38 years old, married and has two children, ages 8 and 14; both are students and her husband drives a trailer. She works selling food at revolving markets. Before, she sold linens however she decided to start selling food because her mother had the business before she transferred it to Silvia and her sister.

With the loan, Silvia will finish paying her mother for the business transfer and she will also invest in supplies to prepare the meals. Silvia would like to improve the business in order to attract customers by offering a better dining experience. In the future she wants to own another restaurant and continue growing.
