A loan of $225 helped to buy watches, luxury and custom made glasses, and wallets.

Rogelio José's story

Rogelio José has a business selling trinkets in one of the markets in the city of León. He has been doing this work for twelve years in order to support his family. He is father to three children for whom he is responsible. He leaves his home at 6:00am, opens his business at 6:30am to display his products and finishes work at 3.00pm. He makes his purchases twice a week in the city of Managua. He started up his business in one of the markets in León as a traveling salesman financed by his savings.

The loan which he is requesting from CEPRODEL will be used to buy watches and glasses wholesale, as his greatest demand is for these items. This will allow him to offer better prices to his clients. Thanks to his previous loan, he has expanded his business with better quality products, obtaining higher earnings and improving both his and his family's quality of life.

Rogelio's dream is for his business to carry on growing with new products, and to contribute to the education of his small children.
