Él trabaja por pedidos y es muy responsable con las fechas de entrega por lo que tiene muy buenas referencias por parte de las personas. Román solicita un préstamo a INTEGRAL, con el cual pueda comprar madera en mayores cantidades, así mismo pegamento, serruchos nuevos y otras herramientas más para realizar este trabajo.
