Santos prepares “pupusas” filled with cheese, a mixture of meats and vegetables, or with beans and cheese. She prepares the food to order along the main street where people travel on their way to work, so many stop by to purchase “pupusas” for their breakfast each morning. Pupusas are a traditional dish that is widely accepted across the country, so there is great demand.
Santos is requesting a loan so that she can buy supplies in bulk. She will also buy propane gas and a canopy so that she can protect herself from the sun.
