Mirna Manuela's story

Sra. Mirna is 60 years old and a single mother of two children. She resides in an urban section of the town of San Pedro Sula, Department of Cortes.

Doña Mirna started her business 20 years ago. She sells milk, eggs, basic grains, meat, cleaning and hygiene products, snacks, candy, and soft drinks.

At the moment, Doña Mirna is requesting a loan in the amount of 22,000 HNL that she will invest in more merchandise to restock her store. She believes the loan will help increase her sales by allowing her to offer a variety of food products. Her goals (both short-term and long-term) are to repay her debts, expand her business, and remodel her house.
