Naomi Group's story

Pi Kimboi is married and has five children, two boys and three girls. In 2010, she set up a small variety shop in her village. She sells eatables, toiletries, biscuits, soft drinks and many other items. Hers is not the only shop in the village but being a hardworking and sociable person she has more customers. She is excited and extremely happy to own and run her small shop and wishes to expand her business for which she requires capital. Most of her earnings are used for the household and children’s educational expenses. She is asking for a KIVA loan of INR 10,000 to add more items and start saving for her children.
