A loan of $1,025 helped to buy cement, iron, cinderblocks, and sand.

Edwin Mauricio's story

Edwin has five dependent children. For ten years, he has owned a carpentry workshop where he makes guitars with the help of his children. He sells the guitars in one of the largest markets in Managua. This business has helped him to maintain his family, covering school fees and food expenses. His spouse is in charge of organizing and running the household.

This is Edwin's first loan, which he has requested in order to construct a wall surrounding his house. He needs this in order to improve the condition of his home. For this purpose, he will buy cement, iron, cinderblocks, and sand, thus enabling him to make improvements to his house.
