A loan of $450 helped to buy skin creams, lotions and makeup.

Maria Del Carmen's story

Maria sells beauty products. She is currently a single mother, 45 years old, and lives with her two children, ages 18 and 21. For five years she has been fully engaged in selling beauty products.

She learned this business from a family member, who taught her how to do the work. She tends to her business from Monday to Saturday.

She is applying for a loan in order to purchase skin creams, lotions, and makeup. This purchase will help her to improve her business by acquiring more products. This is in order to offer variety and so that the customers will keep patronizing her business.

Maria's goal is to build up her business and make it more profitable, so that she can earn better income and provide her children with a better quality of life.
