A loan of $1,200 helped a member to purchase household appliances.

Nonvigbe Group's story

The Nonvigbe Group is a group of three people, the members of which conduct profit-making businesses in the same area. The group's representative, Assiba Pascaline (whose hand is raised in the photo), is 36 years old and is married to a man named Quirin. The couple has three children, certain of them in school and all of them under the couple's care. Assiba Pascaline lives together with her husband. The couple shares the various expenses of their children.

Assiba Pascaline did not receive much education. For five years now, she has been selling household appliances in a public square in Benin to contribute to the various household expenses. She undertakes her business with passion, which allows her to meet her needs and those of her children. Assiba Pascaline gets her supplies in a town in Benin.

With the goal of customer satisfaction, Assiba Pascaline is seeking a third loan with the other members of the Nonvigbe Group. This loan will allow them to better meet customer demand and to turn a greater profit. The previous loans received have been repaid.
