Tunda is a 35-yr-old businesswoman who lives in Juba. She is married and has four children between the ages of four and thirteen. All of them go to school.
Tunda runs a general store and has been in business for three years. She has no employees. She heard about Finance Sudan through other clients. She is taking a loan of 2,500 SDG to purchase fish, onions, and many other goods to sell. In addition to this business, she has no other source of income.
In five years Tunda would like to expand her business. Her major challenges include high prices in the market. Tunda says she is happy for the loans given by Finance Sudan through the help of Kiva.
