A loan of $1,875 helped a member to purchase piglets, renovate the barn and buy feed.

Piling Subur Group's story

The Piling Subur Group is formed from information received by Ni Ketut, who received it from a friend who had already joined the group of pig farmers assisted by MUK. Ni Ketut and her friends form a group to get a loan from MUK and training; so that they could keep pigs properly and in a manner consistent with the standards.

The loan will be used to purchase piglets, renovate the barn and buy feed. Most members of the group still keep pigs in the traditional way so they do not get the maximum results. By joining MUK's pig program, they expect to be able to increase their knowledge and the results obtained will be maximal.
