Fabrice Roméo
Roméo, age 25, is a young man who is engaged and the father of one child. He runs a small stall in one of the neighborhoods of the capital city and has been selling cell phones and accessories for the past three years.

His small capital does not allow him to buy large quantities of goods. He constantly has to sell his entire stock of merchandise before he can buy more, which means that he is always out-of-stock.

He is requesting this loan to increase his capital and therefore his inventory of cell phones, which will allow him to renew his inventory without having to first sell all his merchandise.

Part of his profits will be reinvested in his stall, while the rest will be saved for his child.
