A loan of $4,900 helped a member to buy oxen for her fattening activity.

Faye's Group's story

This group was created in 2009. It consists of two very enthusiastic women who live in the same village and get along well.

The group leader is Faye, age 43, a married mother of three girls. In the photo, she is the one on the right with her hand raised. Her activity is cattle fattening. Her livestock is substantial and she has a good experience in this line of work.

She will use her loan to buy two oxen at 250,000 F each, 50 loads of hay for 100,000F and 40 bags of cattle feed at 8,000F each.

With her profits, she plans to bolster her savings and strengthen her activity.
