A loan of $775 helped to purchase shelving, basic needs items, and to hire a worker.

Paulina's story

Paulina is 58 years old; her husband Marino is 56 years old and they have 3 children, who, due to being older, are always at the service of and supporting their parents. They live together in their own house made of fine materials. They happily show us their success in having completed their store 20 years ago, which always favorably received the public in a comfortable environment inside their house.

She is pleased that her customers find what they’re looking for, and she knows that this is the only way of maintaining leadership in her neighborhood and not reducing her income. However, demand requires that day after day, she take new products to the market and that her store is not the only place for selling them. For this, she needs additional money to carry out the purchase of the aforementioned items and not lose customers. Likewise, she will need more space and new shelving to be able to always keep her business attractive and well stocked, without dismissing that in the future, she is planning to expand her business more.

She has 8 loans with MFP; she has the pleasure of commenting to us that she was always punctual, because the invested money was well managed by her and her husband. Likewise, she describes herself as being a person who likes the order of her communal bank. With the 2,000 PEN, she will hire a carpenter from her neighborhood for the construction of shelving, and she already made the request to her merchandise provider to stock up her business.
