A loan of $950 helped to buy three calves to raise and restart her ranching activity.

Gertrudis's story

Gertrudis has dedicated a large part of her life to raising livestock, but for the past few months she has set aside this activity due to the strong winter that has damaged the corrals where she kept her calves. This is why she had to sell them. Nevertheless, since she needed income to maintain her home, she started raising chickens, which requires less space. With this activity, little by little she has met the needs of her household. Now that she has the opportunity to resume raising livestock, and due to the fact that she doesn't have enough capital, Gertrudis is seeking a loan to buy three calves to raise and restart her ranching activities.

Her dream is to be able to generate an income to sustain her home and improve her family's quality of life.
