Ngagne's Group's story

This group was set up on 28th December 2009. The women live in the same village and are all active traders. Amy was born on 20th April 1971 and is married with five daughters, the eldest of whom is 20 years old, as well as a son of 18. She sells ready-to-wear clothing and medium-range jewelry. She goes to the capital to buy her goods and sells them in the village. With the profits she makes she helps her husband to pay for the children's schooling and the daily household expenses. She is standing on the far right of the photo and wearing a yellow shawl.
