Nuruila's story

Nuruila is 54 years old, married, and has 3 children at home. As the main breadwinner of the family, for the past 20 years Nuruila has been growing crops and raising cattle. She began this business with a sum of only 1,500 Kyrgyzstan Som (KGS), but thanks to her persistent hard work, her farm now includes 5 head of cattle and their calves, 1 horse, and brings in a monthly income of around 6,000 Som (KGS.)

Nuruila has approached Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 50,000 Som (KGS) for the purpose of developing her business. She wants to buy cattle to fatten and re-sell. Nuruila plans to re-invest the income generated by this loan into her business, and in the future she plans to buy an apartment for her family.
