A loan of $1,350 helped to buy bulk grains, vegetables and cosmetics.

Jessica Del Rosario's story

Jessica lives in the city of Managua and owns a store. She is married and has a 7-year-old son. Jessica started her business when she was 24 years old. The first products she sold were vegetables because they were something not offered by the other stores around her. Next, she invested in fruits and a bigger variety of vegetables, which allowed her to earn the capital to open her own store and offer different goods, like clothing. This business helps Jessica to contribute to paying her family's household expenses, to help her mother, and a the same time, give her financial independence.

Jessica is requesting a loan in order to buy bulk grains, vegetables, and cosmetics. She needs to keep her business fully stocked in order to satisfy the demand from her customers, increase sales, and improve her earnings. Her dream is to one day have a bigger space in order to run her own clothing and cosmetics store.
