A loan of $1,675 helped to buy fruits and vegetables.

Robinson Edigio's story

Robinson worked for many years at a company that produces lithographs. However, he wanted to improve his income in order to provide a better quality of life for his family, so he decided to hit the streets in search of better financial opportunities that would help him get ahead. At that point, he decided to begin selling fruits and vegetables as a street vendor. He has been in this line of work now for five years and it has enabled him to generate more income so that his wife and son can have a better quality of life.

The winter season always presents greater difficulty because the presence of rain reduces his sales considerably. For this reason, Robinson seeks to improve the situation by requesting a loan so that he can buy fruits and vegetables to restock his business. This will enable him to recover from lost sales during the difficult winter season.

His dream is to move his business forward. In the future, he hopes to establish a supermarket where he can provide jobs and generate more income for his family.
