Esperanza's story

Esperanza is 42 years old. She is a cheerful and very sociable woman. She lives with her spouse whith whom she has two children, aged 19 and 13. They still depend on her for their education and food. She lives in her own home with her children and spouse, with whom she works hard to give her children the best. Esperanza's work consists of doing manicures and pedicures. She also does hair styling, cuts, coloring, highlights, etc. She has a locale that she shares with her sister at their mother's house. She has been doing this job for 9 years and she works alone since the other half of the locale is used by her sister for her business. What she likes about her job is that she has the freedom to decide how much time she will dedicate to her job. She has long-time customers who know that she does a good job and so they go back to her regularly so she can do their nails and keep looking pretty, healthy and presentable. She hopes in the future she can have more accesories and do other types of work. This is loan number 3 with MFP. She is very excited and grateful for the financial support offered for her to continue with her plans. She doesn't want to stop paying for lack of money and that is why she is committed to making her payments on time and being responsible. She is very happy to continue with htis group since they are very responsible and kind. With the amount of 1500 soles that she has asked for, she will buy materials and accesories such as different colors of nail polish, brushes, makeup brushes, aprons, hair caps and other items so that she can keep offering her faithful customers a good service.
