A loan of $625 helped to buy wood.

Grover Benito's story

Sr. Grover is 37 years old, married, and has a 12-year-old child. He has engaged in carpentry for 12 years and learned this trade from his father who was also a carpenter. Grover’s carpentry shop is located in his home.

This loan is his first with Emprender. Sr. Grover will use the loan to buy wood. The reason why he is requesting this loan is because he lacks the capital to buy work materials, which is preventing him from completing a number of jobs. In his business, Grover faces challenges that keep him from overcoming poverty. He will utilize the benefits of this loan to improve his quality of life and that of his family. His wish is to become one of the best carpenters and produce work that is of good quality. This will improve his sales and his earnings since this business is the only source of income by which he is able to support himself and his family. He is pleased and grateful to Emprender for the support that has been provided.
