Nadira's story

Nadira is 35 years old, married and raising three children. She works as an elementary school teacher at the local school and is known as the main organizer for competitions and various entertainment events at the school. Also, to provide an additional source of income for her family, Nadira is involved in farming, having started this business in 1995 with a sum of 5,000 som. Thanks to her hard work, today her business contains an orchard with cherries, peaches, apples and also land with potatoes and corn, and the monthly profit from the business amounts to about 6,000 som (KGS). In order to further develop her business, Nadira requested a loan in the amount of 135,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to purchase onion seeds and potatoes for planting, and fertilizers for the soil. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into business development in order to have the ability to pay for her children's education.
