A loan of $600 helped to buy animals to raise and then sell.

Jose Elvis's story

José is a 23-year-old father who lives together with his family in the small village of Puplan, in Túcume district, in Lambayeque province, 45 minutes from the city of Chiclayo.

José has been selling livestock for more than three years. He fattens the animals and then sells them to traders who visit his area. This business provides him with the income he needs to make progress and financially support his family. For this reason, he always puts a lot of effort into maintaining it. In parallel with this activity, he also sells groceries and owns a 'moto carguera' (a motorcycle adapted for transporting cargo).

José would like to expand his business by purchasing more animals to raise and sell. In order to achieve this goal, he needs to request a loan for 1,500 soles from Edpyme Alternativa.

José is a father who is dedicated to his work and who is always looking out for his family's well-being.
