A loan of $400 helped to purchase fish.

Elizabeth's story

Elizabeth, 39 years old, is a happy and entrepreneurial woman. She lives with Juan who works in transportation. She lives with her life partner and two minor children who are 14 and 8 years old, for whom she strives to get ahead. She was able to purchase her own home with the help of her life partner.

Elizabeth sells bananas and fresh fish. She remodeled the front part of her house to be a store. She starts working very early treating her clientele kindly. She has been working every day without closing for 8 years. She has money saved thanks to temporary work. She worked for herself very enthusiastically.

Fortunately, she does well because she manages to sell all the products she has for sale on a daily basis. She likes her job because it gives her steady income and the peace of mind that she needs to offer the most to her children.

She likes to socialize. She keeps working hard because her store is well attended. She is very motivated to grow her business by improving the infrastructure of the small shop. She also wants to buy a small car to lease it and generate more income.

This is her fifth loan and she is grateful to those who have given her the opportunity to get the credit that gives her the security to continue to work. She commits one more time to faithfully and punctually repay the loan since she does not want to leave a bad impression with her group that are characterized by punctuality and responsibility in their payments.

With the loan of 1000 soles she will buy bunches of bananas to continue to sell. The other part she will invest in the purchase of fresh fish such as palometa and catfish.
