A loan of $1,200 helped to buy supplies for her shop.

Dora Del Rosario's story

Dora is 46 years old, married and has four children, but only two live with her; one 18 years old and the other 17. She is the owner of a corn mill and a small shop in her house and has owned this business for several years. She is requesting this loan to buy supplies for her shop, which she runs with her children, as they do not study and are currently unemployed. Dora sees a great opportunity with the shop, as customers who go to the mill can buy essentials there. She can get extra income apart from what her husband earns as a school caretaker. As well, it will keep her children busy. She wants to have a good solid business and have equity for her family. She does not live in her own house and her dream is to build her own house.
