A loan of $700 helped to purchase goods for selling (cooking oil, noodles, flour, milk, rice, peanuts, broths, etc.).

Maria's story

She's a widow and has seven children, all of whom are already adults. She lives with her family in a house she owns and doesn't support anyone else.
She's a retailer who sells basic household products. With this loan she intends to purchase goods (cooking oil, noodles, flour, milk, rice, peanuts, broths, etc.) in order to stock up with merchandise.
In the future she wishes to build another house to shelter other members of her family. For that reason she pledges to repay the loan as scheduled, so she can request more loans from Hluvuku.
The challenge she faces is investing in her business so that she can increase her profits.
