A loan of $1,075 helped to buy grains, oil, sugar and canned goods.

Santos Eustaquio's story

Santos is 47 years old. He is married and has a son who is in a public elementary school. Santos started selling sodas and juice when he realized that in the area a grocery store was needed, so he invested in opening one.

He does his job with his wife. She helps manage the business. He works Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m, to 10:00 p.m. One of Santo's fears is crime, since the area is very dark. With the loan, he is going to increase the basic necessity products, buying grains, oil, sugar and canned goods. His goal is to expand his business and improve his income. He wants to give his family the best and live comfortably with the income from the business.
