A loan of $1,500 helped to rebuild the galley that protects the handcrafted oven at his house, to pay off a loan with another institution, and to install electricity in his house.

José Lougures's story

José, age 40, is married and has seven children. He has been making bread since he was nine years old. It was his parents who taught him how to do this. In order to buy the materials that he needs, he travels in his vehicle to the city.

The loan that he is requesting from the Fundación Campo is to rebuild the galley that protects the handcrafted oven at his house, to pay off a loan with another institution, and to install electricity in his house. With the investment he will not have to look to borrow equipment to bake the bread and to have machinery.

This way he will produce his own bread to sell. He will get good income, which will allow him to provide his family with everything they need. His objective is to get a piece of land in order to build a house.
