Pictured here is Kutta. The 40-year-old woman was born in Sinkunia. She is married and has three children. Kutta is married to a health worker and her children are attending secondary schools.
For over 10 years now, Kutta has been selling shoes/slippers as well as bowls, dishes, pans, etc.
She is requesting a loan of 3,000,000 Sierra Leonean Leones for the first time from SMT/Kiva lenders in order to further expand her business. With this loan, she will buy the above mentioned items at wholesale to add to her existing stock.
