Ni Luh
Ni Luh, 47, is married and has two children. Both of the children are married and live with their own families. Ni Luh assists her husband in making money for their family by distributing ice cubes to some food stalls around her residence. She usually sells more than 100 ice cubes within a day. She uses three freezers to produce the ice cubes.

Ni Luh realizes that she is able to utilize two unused rooms to lease out. To do so, Ni Luh needs to renovate the rooms, and therefore is requesting a loan from TLM amounting to 10,000,000 Indonesian rupiah (IDR). She would like to use the loan to purchase building materials such as cement, zinc, wall paint, etc. Ni Luh believes that she could improve her family life through the loan.
