Asel's story

Asel is 38 years old. She is raising a 4-year-old daughter. Since 2002 Asel has been selling food and detergents as a primary source of income for her small family. She started this business with 30,000 KGS. Thanks to Asel's hard work, she currently has two points of sale. Her monthly income is around 30,000 KGS. The income from her business lets Asel save up for her daughter's education.
To develop her business further, Asel has applied to Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 100,000 KGS to buy a batch of sugar, macaroni, tea, and detergents. Asel plans to invest the income from the loan into growing her business by buying a container.
