Saima's Group's story

Saima is a 29-year-old independent woman living in Pakistan with her husband and two-year-old son. Her husband is a school teacher. She herself is an efficient and hard-working tailor, and she runs her own tailoring shop. Saima wants to buy a new sewing machine and cloth for the growth of her business. For this purpose, as a member of an eight-person lending group, she has requested a loan from Kiva partner BRAC Pakistan to buy a new sewing machine and some clothing. She dreams of a better future for her child.
