A loan of $1,200 helped to purchase sewing materials, zippers, buttons, thread, and hangers.

Efrain's story

Efrain lives together with his wife and two children who are dependent on him. Efrain works as a tailor, opening his shop a while back as a way to earn income for his family. His shop is located in a city, which allows him to secure contracts with local schools to produce and mend school uniforms.

Currently Efrain needs to purchase sewing materials such as fabrics, which are essential for making clothing, some zippers, buttons, threads, and hangers. He will also do maintenance work on his machines and, if possible, hire a few employees to work with him. This loan will provide him with the necessary resources so that he can complete his work and meet contract deadlines. His goals with respect to this loan are to have all of the necessary materials on hand to do his work. He also hopes to be able to finish the construction of his house, which is missing a portion of the roof, so that he and his family may move together to a more comfortable home.
