A loan of $800 helped to buy five boxes of soap, five boxes of Omo, one box of candles and eight banana bunches.

Diane Essevode's story

Diane Essevode, age 38, is married and the mother of three children who all attend school. Her oldest child is 15 years old and her youngest is 3.

She sells soap, Omo, candles, and has also been selling banana bunches for the past few years. She buys her supplies from a market located in Benin.

Diane Essevode has requested and received a loan from FINADEV, which will allow her to buy larger quantities of goods and, with the generated profits, to take part in her children's education.

This loan will also help her to strengthen her activity in order to avoid stockouts which lead to a loss of income.
