Cecilia began by renting a facility south of the city and later she set up a place in her home for her bakery. Cecilia comenzó arrendando un local al sur de la ciudad, luego consiguió la casa y el local para tener su panaderia. Su familia tenia como negocio hace años atras una panadería, y fue ese el otro motivo de comenzar con tal negoci. En la actualidad tiene la ayuda de unos de sus hijos para elaborar la masa del pan y empiezan las labores a las 21:00pm hasta la 1:00am luego a las 6:00am empieza las ventas hasta las 10:00am.

Cecilia es madre soltera tiene 3 hijos de 28, 23 y 20 años. Con el préstamo va a comprar harina, huevos, levaduras en la panadería. Unas de sus metas es mejorar su vivienda y construir cuartos de arriendo para el futuro.
