A loan of $400 helped to buy manure for natural fertilizer.

Raul's story

Raúl is 36 and is married to Teofila, who is 32. They have 3 beloved children, with whom they live in their own home that they obtained thanks to their work. Raúl and his wife make a living by working in the field. With a lot of effort, he has made their lands very productive. He knows that every product he obtains will be of quality. Raúl grows cacao, coffee, and pineapple, since these are the fruits that have the most demand in the market. What he likes most about his job is protecting his crops from the plagues that can affect them, which would reduce his profits. He has done this work for 11 years, and he thinks the most difficult part about it is transporting his crops to to where he sells them. In the future, he hopes to gather the necessary money to buy new lands. This is his fourth credit, and he feels that this credit will help him a lot with developing his business. His communal bank is very responsible, and he is very happy with it. With this loan of 1,000 PEN, he will buy manure so he can have a good production of natural fruit.
