A loan of $1,075 helped to purchase a dairy cow.

Sharipa's story

Sharipa is 53, and she has 6 children. Animal farming has been Sharipa's main source of income since 2007, her having started the business with buying a cow for 15,000 KGS. Thanks to Sharipa's hard work, her farm currently has a dairy cow, 2 calves, 10 sheep, a horse, and 2 hectares of corn and clover fields. Her monthly income is some 5,000 KGS.
To grow her business further, Sharipa has applied to Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 50,000 KGS for purchasing a dairy cow to increase her income from milk sales. Sharipa plans to invest her income from the loan into growing her headcount further, and she plans to pay for her son's wedding in the near future.
