A loan of $1,175 helped a member to buy leather, faux leather and glue.

Las Originales Group's story

The “Las Originales” (The Original Ones) group has three hardworking, enterprising members. One of them is Horacio, 50, who manufactures artisanal footwear. He started as an employee in workshops and then used his severance pay to start a small workshop in 1990 that he’s been investing in and improving. He will use the loan to buy materials like leather, faux leather, glue, etc.

The other members are Darling who has been selling cosmetics for more than three years when she met one of the firm’s promoters in the street and she told her to join and Dayluvy who has been in sales for two years.
