OLUWATOBI 3 est un groupe de trois personnes, dont les membres sont des amies résidant dans le même quartier au Bénin. La représentante du groupe, Véronique Bibiré (dont la main est levée sur la photo), est âgée de 61 ans et est mariée à un certain Jérôme. Le couple a six enfants tous scolarisés dont un reste à leur charge. Véronique Bibiré et son mari vivent ensemble avec leur enfant et assurent ensemble les différentes charges de la maison. Véronique Bibiré n’a pas fréquenté l’école. Il y a près de vingt ans que Véronique Bibiré mène comme activité la vente de divers accessoires de sauce (condiments, épices). Véronique Bibiré exerce cette activité passionnément, ce qui lui permet de subvenir à ses besoins et à ceux de ses enfants. Véronique Bibiré s’approvisionne dans sa région. Dans la quête de la satisfaction de sa clientèle, Véronique Bibiré sollicite un troisième crédit avec les autres membres du groupe OLUWATOBI 3. Ce crédit leur servira à mieux répondre aux demandes de leur clientèle et à se faire plus de profits. Les crédits précédents ont été bien remboursés.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late.
