A loan of $1,100 helped to buy three dairy cows.

Vidalia Del Carmen's story

Vidalia is 42 years old. For several years she has sold fruit and worked in agriculture. She learned it from her mother. Vidalia lives with her husband and thier four children, who she works with when harvesting the fruit in season. She and her family start working at 4:30 a.m. and end at noon. Afterwards, her children go to school and Vidalia and her husband go to sell the fruit.

The loan she is asking Fundación Campo for is to buy three dairy cows. With the new cows, she will obtain milk and make cheese in order to improve her income. Her objective is to build a brick house. The house she has is very deteriorated and she wants her children to have a better place to live.
