A loan of $1,000 helped a member to buy hair extensions and vegetable oil.

Aïdote Group's story

The AÏDOTE group is made up of three members who are friends, belong to the same savings group, and buy from the same supplier.

The group's representative, Christine, is the one raising her hand in the photo. She is 38 years old, married to a man named Etienne, and the mother of four children who are all in their care. Some of the children go to school. Christine and Etienne live with their children and jointly take care of their various needs. Christine never attended school.

Christine has been working as a hairdresser for the past fifteen years. She also sells hair extensions and vegetable oil through the distribution system. She is passionate about her work, which allows her to meet her needs and those of her children. She buys her supplies in her region.

In order to satisfy the needs of her customers, Christine is requesting a fifth loan, along with the other members of the AÏDOTE group. This loan will help them to better meet their customers' demand and to increase their profits.

Previous loans have been duly repaid.
