A loan of $2,150 helped to purchase livestock.

Pary's story

Pary is 49 years old and is married.

As the main breadwinner of the family, for the last 20 years Pary has been raising livestock and growing crops. She started her business with only 3,000 Kyrgystan Som (KGS) which she used to buy one heifer. Thanks to Pary's hard work, today she has 2 cows with calves, 6 head of sheep and goats, and the monthly income from her farm is 16,000 KGS.

Pary approached Bai Tushum & Partners with a request for a loan in the amount of 100,000 KGS for the purpose of developing her business. She will use these funds to buy cattle to fatten and sell. Pary plans to re-invest the profit generated from this loan into her business by further increasing the number of cattle on her farm.
