Tekla is 42 years old and married with five children. She has been in the bakery business for the last six years, earning approximately KES 30,000 monthly. She is also engaged in a milk selling business for additional income.
This is Tekla's first loan from KADET LTD. She borrowed KES 100,000 and plans to use some of it on purchasing baking flour and cooking oil for her bakery and the remaining amount on renovating the bakery shop.
With the anticipated profits Tekla plans to use it in repaying her loan and the remaining amount in running her business. She hopes to expand her bakery business.
