Apec Al Ouma Groupe 3's story

The "Apec Al Ouma Groupe 3" is a mixed group consisting of nine people who live in the same town in an area of Senegal and also belong to the same association (Apec Al Ouma). They run separate and diverse businesses. They have not taken out any previous loans from UIMCEC, where they are members. They are represented by Ms. Sokhna (whose hand is raised in the photo). She has been active in the commercial sector for more than 30 years and sells vegetables and local products (peanuts). Her business provides her with an income that allows her to take care of her family's daily expenses. She begins her work every day at 8 in the morning and returns home at 4 in the afternoon. She is seeking a loan destined to increase her working capital in order to procure smoked fish for resale. Her goal is to diversify the products she sells and to further develop her business.
