Adiel's story

Adiel, 35, is married and has four children. He lives with them in Morazán, Yoro. Adiel has been buying and selling basic grains like corn and beans for ten years. He also sells bread and soft-drinks. He buys the grains from growers at wholesale and resells them at retail at home. He’s asking for a 5,000 Lempira loan which will be his first cycle with ODEF. He will use it to buy corn and beans to have stock on hand and be able to increase sales. His goal is that his business grows. He intends to sell other food items besides the grains, bread and soft-drinks.
