A loan of $4,325 helped a member to restock the missing drinks.

Minazini Group's story

Rose, who is in her late 30s, is single with one child who goes to school.

She has been running a grocery business for four years now. She works from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily and she is able to make a good monthly profit.

She requests a third loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loans to buy grocery chairs and drinks and to pay school fees and household expenses, and she has paid back all her loans successfully. She hopes for a loan to restock the missing drinks in her grocery. Her dream is to one day be able to open a big bar business.

She will share this loan with her loan group, "Minazini," which totals 16 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
