Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

"Mujeres Emprendedoras" [Enterprising Women] arose out of the desire for progress of 17 women in the city of Luque. They saw a tremendous opportunity for growth and decided to venture out and be part of a committee.

Ms. Marta has a shoe-making business. She is married to Cesar and has one son who is still a minor. She is seeking the loan for the purchase of leather, glue, thread, etc. for making men's, women's and children's shoes. She wishes to open a business in the downtown district of Luque since they work out of her home and deal with their customers there as well. She makes many sacrifices and tells us that everything she got in life was thanks to her own efforts.
